Account Manager

Location : Pune, Mumbai

An Account Manager will be working closely with the on-going team to analyze and help in boosting the growth in online Business of customers through various digital marketing channels

Role:

Shoptimize enables Indian merchants to realize the potential of online commerce by providing an end-to-end solution that includes creation of the online store, integration with payment gateways and logistics, generating traffic to the online store and driving conversion to actual orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To own portfolio of clients in the e-commerce space (growth responsibility, client relationship co-owner etc.)
  • Fulfilling the objectives and gaining a hands on experience of internal stakeholder management
  • Ensuring the client progress is in line with the monthly/quarterly targets
  • Real time competitor mapping and identifying opportunities for business growth for the clients in their respective categories
  • Management and enhancement of the client’s website in line with the monthly plan

Key Skills required:

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical bent and knowledge of analytics and reporting tools preferred
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and Facebook Marketing preferred

Experience: 1 year onwards with relevant work experience in the field of Account Management or Category Management at any eminent eCommerce marketplace like Amazon, Shopclues, Flipkart , Myntra etc

Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. / BMS / BCA / BCS
  • MBA from a reputed institute is a plus

Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Pune & Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Will be involved in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Will need to plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on digital platforms (Google, Facebook & Instagram etc.)
  • Launch and optimize online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase clients’ revenues and brand awareness.
  • Conceptualize and execute Email & SMS campaigns.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide & write creative ideas for paid marketing promotions.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve the user experience and website performance.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

Project Manager

Location: Pune

General Purpose

  • Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Experience in the following Project Management Practices – Requirements / Scope management, Client account management, Project Time / Cost / Quality management, Communication management, Risk management, Product development practices
  • Ability to work in fast paced organization with eagerness to deliver with good quality.
  • Good understanding of web, cloud, online payment technologies and API technology is a plus

 Responsibilities

  • Prepares and owns project management plans, monitors project performance against plan and highlights areas of slippage; identifies/initiates corrective action.
  • Defines clear, understandable requirements, and monitors scope to avoid scope creep.
  • Develops in depth-understanding of the system, and converts requirements into functional solutions for projects.

Communication management

  • Ensures effective, to-the-point and coherent communication with all stakeholders of the project – clients, designers, management team, 3rd party vendors, tech team, etc.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
  • Coordinates with various in-house teams to ensure seamless execution of the project across functional teams like design team, UI developers, backend developers, data team etc.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Conducts risk assessment for project on a regular basis and defines and executes risk response matrix
  • Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
  • Creates and maintains project artifacts – Requirement document, Functional solution document, Dependencies tracker, Project timeline, Project UI / UX definitions, etc.
  • Handles multiple projects at a time, and prioritizes activities based on financial goals for the project, thus taking optimal decisions
  • Status reporting – Updates trackers, dashboards, sends weekly status reports to clients
  • Manages project costs and budget closely
  • Technical knowhow – Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
